Welcome to Bookings Partner. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your explicit access to and usage vectors of our hotel, resort, homestay, and hospitality channel aggregation platform services. By accessing, loading, or executing booking actions anywhere on our platform, you acknowledge full legal compliance with these terms. If you disagree with any verification constraint, kindly terminate active usage routines immediately.

By utilizing our reservation matrix infrastructure tools, you certify that:

• You have achieved the standard legal adulthood age of 18 years or older.
• You hold full cognitive capability and legal authority to lock down binding contractual settlements.
• All user profile metadata properties declared by you are 100% accurate, current, and verified.
• Your access execution tracks remain within completely legitimate, lawful regional travel bounds.

Stays finalized via Bookings Partner are continuously bound to live inventory parameters and validation approvals dispatched directly from corresponding hosts.

Please Note: Absolute final responsibility concerning specific bedding amenities configurations, live property maintenance quality, and staff coordination parameters rests exclusively with the independent property ownership or venue administration.

Rate metrics displayed across checkouts are fluid and dynamically adapt based on seasonal parameters, peak calendar override variables, database multi-room volumes, and local tax requirements.

• All requested settlements must process cleanly via checked cryptographic payment gateways.
• Integrated GST indices and municipal utility fees may append onto checkout subtotals separately.
• The platform retains full corporate authority to adjust pricing scales without issuing preliminary warning notices.

Deduction matrices, refund processing pipelines, and structural file modifications are directly bound to the select criteria assigned by the terminal property provider.

Clients are strictly prohibited from exploiting platform parameters. You explicitly agree not to:

• Generate speculative, fraudulent, or mock stay bookings to manipulate database slots.
• Input fabricated profile data, mismatched names, or unauthorized contact vectors.
• Deploy algorithmic scraping tools, automation loops, or code injection threats to harm system operations.
• Attempt unauthorized authentication bypass actions inside server framework directories.

Violating security boundary conditions triggers automatic profile termination and permanent infrastructure blacklist logging.

Boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and local homestay hosts integrated into our channel environment must consistently fulfill professional criteria:

• Maintain 100% data transparency regarding pricing matrix rows and listed room amenities.
• Possess up-to-date regional hospitality licenses, sanitation audits, and statutory documentation.
• Provide high-standard cleanliness, hygiene, and immediate guest support resolution paths.

All graphic alignments, brand logos, code snippets, micro-interaction styles, UI text content, layout vectors, and matching assets are protected under the copyright laws of India. Any unauthorized extraction, duplication, commercial adaptation, or deep-linking replication is blocked under corporate intellectual property claims.

Bookings Partner functions as an intermediary service aggregator. The platform assumes no operational liabilities regarding:

• Unexpected property overbooking defaults or vendor room replacement failures.
• Regional transportation delays, missed itineraries, or external gate structural closures.
• Loss of personal items, on-site physical injuries, property damages, or natural force majeure events.
• Temporary server pipeline latency issues or transactional clearings disruptions beyond standard scope.

Our architecture embeds connections to external tool arrays including localized geographical maps, API travel trackers, and secure merchant payment gateways. We assume zero accountability parameters concerning the legal validity of policies active outside our domain borders.

These terms operate entirely under the legal frameworks of the Republic of India. Any technical dispute, transaction claim, or operational litigation filed against our infrastructure shall be processed exclusively within the jurisdiction of courts sitting in Deoghar, Jharkhand.
